Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. In this vital role, you will manage daily administrative tasks, support office operations, and ensure smooth communication within the firm. Your proactive approach will help maintain organisational efficiency and contribute to our ongoing success.
Responsibilities
- Filing accounts, confirmation statements and other documents with Companies House
- Downloading and saving filing confirmations and supporting documents
- Checking that submissions have been accepted successfully
- Updating client records on our practice database
- Recording filing dates, deadlines and completed tasks accurately
- Maintaining organised electronic client files
- Sending standard and process-driven emails to clients
- Sending reminders and following up outstanding information
- Acknowledging documents received from clients
- Assisting with general administrative tasks across the practice
- Supporting the team during busy filing periods
- Handling confidential personal and financial information appropriately
- Following the practice’s data protection, confidentiality and security procedures
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Prior administrative experience in a professional setting is preferred
- Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
