Experienced Beauty Therapist (4 Days per Week)
£13.00 per hour + Competitive Uncapped Commission
A fantastic opportunity has become available to join Karma Beauty & Aesthetics. Located in beautiful West Mersea, Colchester (CO5 8QT), we’re looking for an experienced Beauty Therapist to join our friendly, supportive team on a permanent contract averaging 35 hours over 4 days per week (hours can be negotiated for the right candidate).

About the Role
You’ll be carrying out a wide variety of beauty treatments while delivering exceptional customer service and helping every client leave feeling relaxed, confident and cared for.
Essential Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualifications
- Has previous salon experience
- Is confident carrying out a varied treatment column independently
- Delivers exceptional customer service and high-quality treatments
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is friendly, reliable and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team
- Is passionate about continuing to learn and develop
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has their own transport
The Following Qualifications Would Make Your Application Stand Out
Although not essential, we’d especially love to hear from therapists qualified in any of the following:
- Reflexology
- Reiki
- Gel nails
- Threading
- Individual eyelash extensions
- Intimate waxing
- Lash Lift/LVL
- Advanced skin treatments
