Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a 45-minute unpaid lunch break (36.25
hours per week)
Salary: £11.00–£12.75 per hour (£20,735–£24,044 per annum)
Reports to: Customer Support & Logistics Manager

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Product & Fulfilment Assistant to join our
team in Peterlee.
The Role
This is a practical, hands-on role supporting the preparation and dispatch of Easology
products.
A key part of the role will be preparing smartphones and tablets for customers by
installing and configuring Easology software, checking each device and packaging it
ready for sale.
You will also process customer orders each day, picking and packing the correct
products and preparing them for courier collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure Easology software on smartphones and tablets
- Check devices to ensure they are correctly prepared and ready for customers
- Box and package completed devices
- Process, pick and pack daily customer orders
- Prepare and label orders ready for courier collection each evening
- Help receive, unpack and organise incoming stock
- Keep the installation, stock and packing areas organised and tidy
- Assist with other operational tasks as requiredWhat We're Looking For

- Able to follow processes accurately and work efficiently
- Happy carrying out practical, hands-on work
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Keen to learn and take on additional responsibilities
Experience with Samsung or Android smartphones would be helpful but is not
essential.
