Your Role
You'll be speaking with patients who have already enquired about transforming their smile.
They're already interested.
Your job is to create excitement, build confidence and make sure they arrive motivated and ready for their consultation.

You'll become the friendly voice of Space Dental, creating an experience that's professional, exciting and memorable from the very first call.
What You'll Be Doing
✔ Speaking with warm enquiries by phone, SMS and email
✔ Building genuine rapport with patients
✔ Creating excitement around life-changing smile transformations
✔ Confirming appointments and increasing attendance
✔ Helping patients overcome concerns or last-minute doubts
✔ Re-engaging patients who may have gone quiet
✔ Working closely with our clinic teams to maximise conversions
✔ Delivering an exceptional patient experience every day
