The Role
We are seeking a driven and technically minded Sales Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in engineering or manufacturing who is looking to combine technical knowledge with commercial responsibility.
You will play a key role in developing new business opportunities and helping drive growth across both sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors
- Interpret engineering drawings and customer requirements
- Conduct site visits and client meetings as required
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure project feasibility
- Represent the company at industry events and meetings
- Sales reporting
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales or business development within engineering/manufacturing
- Understand technical drawings
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- Experience within rail, defence, food, or pharmaceutical sectors
- Knowledge of CNC machining and welding

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
