Key Responsibilities
- Lead legal operations, client service workflows, and administrative support functions
- Oversee documentation processes, case coordination, and service quality standards
- Monitor operational performance, team productivity, and client satisfaction
- Support compliance procedures, internal policies, and risk management activities
- Coordinate with clients, legal professionals, consultants, and internal departments
- Prepare senior-level reports, operational updates, and process improvement plans
- Lead team development, training, and workflow optimisation initiatives
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in legal operations, professional services, compliance, client services, or business operations
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working in a UK-based legal, advisory, or regulated service environment is an advantage

Pay: £78,000.00-£105,000.00 per year
