JOB TITLE: Engineering Supervisor
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 40 hours
LOCATION: BBC Studios, London, W12 7FA
SALARY: £52,000 - £55,000 (doe)
Mitie are recruiting for a proactive Electrical Engineering Supervisor to manage the delivery of high-quality Hard Services engineering across the contract, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, company procedures, and client expectations.
The role provides technical leadership, supports operational delivery, and ensures safe, efficient, and proactive maintenance of all plant and systems.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team,
- Produce technical reports on plant and equipment where required,
- Ensure full compliance with H&S, safe working and company policies,
- Management of Stakeholders, Sub-contractors and Clients,
- Ensure all contractual obligations relating to Hard Services delivery are achieved,
What we are looking for:
- Hands on experience on site, engineering environment,
- An M&E working background,
- BS 7671 Electrical Regulations 18th Edition,
- Experienced in MS platforms, including Microsoft Excel etc.,
- Subcontractor and Client Management experience,
- Confident communicator, team player,
- Relevant qualifications in the field are desirable,
