RMA Processor
Main Responsibilities:
- Makes sure all retuning products is stocked in the appropriate area
- Ensure that the processes and procedures are established an consistently applied to effectively disposition returned products
- Identify process and performance opportunities and coordinate with the operations.
- Files paperwork as appropriate
- Contact client’s product returning representatives to make arrangements
- Checking for damaged or missing items
- Moving stock around either by hand, using lifting equipment or a fork lift truck
- Keeping the management informed of any problems
- Other ad hoc tasks as required by manager
Skills & Requirements:
- Recent Warehouse experience.
- (Essential) Valid B1 Counterbalance Forklift certificate.
- (Essential) Valid D2 Reach truck certificate.
- (Desirable) Valid A2 PPT certificate.
- Expert eye for detail and competence in IT.
- Good numeracy and literacy.
- Good team player and able to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety within the workplace.
