Oaktree UK Ltd is the only British company that manufactures Foil Party Balloons, based in Mildenhall, Suffolk and a successful family run business. We are looking for additional enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to fill the following post in a clean, busy and friendly environment.
Production Operative - Permanent:
42.5 hours a week
Undertaking the daily duties of manufacturing and packing of produced product using machines or by manual process.
Assisting with the storage and packing of finished goods.
Assist the unloading/loading of deliveries.
Any other duties required by the business.
Personal attributes:
Have the ability to perform repetitive tasks in accordance with standard procedures maintaining quality checking throughout.
You will need to be able to stand at a machine for 2 hours at a time.
Be focused to maintain efficient maximum production output at all times meeting targets and deadlines.
Be able to work unsupervised once trained.
You must have good communication and verbal skills.
Be a team player.
Have a sense of humour.
A degree of fitness and mobility is required as lifting of boxes is necessary.
Have a hands on approach and be able involve yourself in team jobs.
Must be accurate, meticulous and have a keen eye for detail.
Well organised and able to work on your own initiative.
Previous production experience is preferred but not essential.
It should be noted that the company operates a non-smoking environment within its warehouse and site.
Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:45am – 4:45pm, Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm
