Contract: Fixed-Term (to support seasonal gifting)
Hours: 40-hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am – 2:00pm
Rate of pay: £13.45 per hour
As a Production Operative (Gifting), you’ll play a key role in bringing our gifting products to life -helping assemble, pack, and prepare beautifully presented items ready for our customers. Working as part of a close-knit, supportive team, you’ll be hands-on, detail-focused, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities:
- Assembling and preparing gifting products to a high standard
- Picking and packing items accurately and efficiently
- Wrapping and presenting finished goods with care and attention to detail
- Supporting production lines with general tasks as required
- Checking quality and highlighting any issues to your line manager
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the production environment
About you:
- You bring great attention to detail and take real pride in the quality of your work
- You enjoy being part of a supportive, close-knit team and contribute positively to those around you
- You’re flexible and happy to get involved across different areas of production as needed
- Experience in a production or packing environment is helpful, but not essential—we’re more interested in your attitude and willingness to learn.
