Driver
Reports to: Recycling Manager, 4Rs Recycling CIC
Hours: 25 hours per week
Rate of Pay: £12.71 per hour
Term of contract: Fixed Term contract to March 2028
Purpose of Job: To Deliver/Collect bulky furniture in a confidential, safe, courteous, and timely manner.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
· We are looking for a reliable delivery driver who is committed to customer satisfaction and transporting bulky household and electrical items in a confidential, safe and timely manner.
· You must be willing to undertake solo work as necessary but work as part of a team in order to ensure that the items are loaded and unloaded and safely delivered to the correct client.
· You should be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our customers with an excellent experience. You should be thorough, committed to working safely, flexible in your approach and enthusiastic.
· It is a requirement of the role that candidates possess, or are willing to study for, certificates in First Aid, Mental Health First Aid and Safeguarding Adults and Children at Risk.
Education and Experience
- Relevant experience.
- Have good organisational and planning skills.
- Plenty of enthusiasm.
- Willingness to provide outstanding customer service.
- Full, clean driving license.
