About the Service:
St Gwynllyw is an adult day service supporting a mix of male and females with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.
People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including arts and crafts, cooking, celebrating birthdays, holidays, and events helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs to live life their way.
You’ll:
- Support independence and personal goals
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
- Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
- Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

Pay Structure:
- Entry Level – £13.45 per hour
You will have 6 months from starting the role to register for your Social Care Wales pin.
