Job Summary

Duties
- Support daily operations by performing a variety of tasks as assigned.
- Supporting young people in their day to day lives.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the homes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Adapt to different roles and responsibilities as required by the business needs.
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends if necessary.
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices in the workplace is preferred.
