Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex projects across diverse teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, milestones, deliverables, and timelines using tools like Primavera P6 for scheduling and resource management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of project tasks.
- Monitor project progress regularly, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure efficient utilization of resources throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize Civil 3D software for civil engineering design coordination when applicable to project requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation including status reports, change orders, and stakeholder updates to ensure transparency.
- Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating meetings, resolving conflicts, and promoting best practices in project management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling and resource planning is highly desirable.
- Experience working with Civil 3D or similar civil engineering design software is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are advantageous but not mandatory.
