We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to fill the role of Permanent / Part Time Care Support worker within our care homes. Duties
- To ensure the delivery of compassionate, person-centered care aligned with individual care plans
- Assist with daily activities such as medication administration, mobility support, and personal hygiene assistance.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Promote a positive team environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and quality standards within the care home.
- Support residents in maintaining independence and dignity while fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
- Utilise IT systems for documentation, reporting incidents, and updating care records accurately.
Skills
- 6 months experience in providing care within a care home setting.
- Supervising experience with demonstrated lea
- Strong understanding of care plans, medication management, and safeguarding procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to use IT systems for documentation and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of health & safety standards relevant to care environments.
