We are seeking a motivated and collaborative individual to join our team as a Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Administrator. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of teaching and learning and student administration services, helping to enhance the student experience across the University. You will work within a dynamic, inclusive environment where excellent service provision and continuous improvement are central to everything we do.
You will be responsible for:

Delivering high-quality administration across teaching, learning and student administration activities

Supervising and coordinating work activities while acting as a key point of contact for queries
-
Providing accurate information, advice and guidance to students, staff and stakeholders
-
Maintaining student records and ensuring data accuracy, reporting and compliance with regulations
-
Supporting events, meetings, projects and continuous service improvement initiatives

Essential Criteria:

Experience or knowledge of teaching and learning or student administration processes

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide clear advice and guidance

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support colleagues flexibly

Good digital literacy skills and attention to detail when working with systems and data
Desirable Criteria:

Experience of working in a higher education or large organisational environment

Experience with student systems (e.g. Campus Solutions)

Experience in a customer-facing role
-
Experience supporting events, projects or committees
