Senior Recruitment Consultant – Management Track
Location: Leeds City Centre
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary - Starting at £30,000 Depending on experience + Uncapped Commission (upto 60%)
Take the Next Step in Your Career
You’ve built a strong recruitment career. You know how to win clients, deliver results, and build a successful desk.
Now, the question is: what comes next?
We are looking for an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Leeds team with a clear opportunity to progress into management and leadership.
This role is designed for an experienced recruiter who is ready to move beyond personal performance and begin building something bigger, developing people, growing a team, and taking greater ownership of the commercial success of the business.
You will continue to manage your own market and clients while taking on increasing responsibility for mentoring consultants, supporting team performance, and helping shape the next generation of high-performing recruiters.
This is an opportunity to turn individual success into leadership and build a career with a long-term path towards management and beyond.
The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for driving your own commercial success while becoming an important part of the development and performance of those around you.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and growing your own specialist recruitment market
- Building and developing long-term relationships with senior clients and candidates
- Winning new business and expanding existing accounts
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial briefing through to placement
- Consistently delivering against personal billing and commercial targets
- Coaching and mentoring junior consultants
- Supporting new starters through their training and development
- Sharing best practice and contributing to team strategy
- Taking an active role in driving team culture, performance, and success
As you demonstrate your ability to lead and develop others, you will have the opportunity to progress into a formal Management position, with responsibility for growing and leading your own team.
Your Path to Management
We believe management should be earned through performance, leadership, and the ability to develop others, not simply through time served.
Our progression structure is designed to give high-performing Senior Consultants a clear route into leadership.
Senior Consultant → Team Leader / Manager → Senior Manager → Director
You will receive ongoing support and development to help you make the transition from high-performing individual contributor to effective people leader.
The opportunity is to build a career where you can:
- Develop and lead your own team
- Influence the direction and growth of the business
- Build future leaders around you
- Increase your commercial responsibility
- Develop your leadership and management capabilities
- Create a long-term career with significant earning potential
The goal is not simply to become a better recruiter. It is to become the person who helps build the next generation of them.
Reward, Recognition & Lifestyle
We believe career progression should come with meaningful financial and lifestyle rewards.
You will benefit from:
- Competitive basic salary
- Uncapped commission and performance-based earning potential
- Leadership and management incentives
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual performance rewards
- Regular team socials and incentive events
- All-expenses-paid incentive trips
- Private healthcare
- 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays
- Additional holiday for long-term service
- Your birthday off every year
- Additional days off for achieving team targets
- Modern offices in Leeds city centre
- A high-performance, social, and supportive culture
As your responsibility and impact increase, so does your opportunity to earn, progress, and shape the environment around you.
This is a career built around progression, professionally, financially, and personally.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who is ready for their next challenge.
You will ideally have:
- A proven track record of recruitment success

You may already be mentoring junior consultants, acting as an informal leader, or simply know that your next career move should involve more responsibility and greater influence.
Your Next Step Starts Here
This is an opportunity for a successful recruiter to take the next step — moving from performing individually to leading collectively.
If you are ready to build a team, develop future talent, and progress towards management within a high-performance Executive Search environment, we want to hear from you.
