Kinkally is looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor to join our young, ambitious Front of House team.
Located on Charlotte Street in the heart of Fitzrovia, Kinkally is a modern Georgian restaurant recognised by the Michelin Guide just four months after opening, with the hidden cocktail bar Bar Kinky beneath it. Led by Executive Chef David Chelidze, our menu places khinkali at its heart while drawing inspiration from across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Set within a carefully designed space created by award-winning architects, Kinkally brings together ambitious food, expressive drinks and generous Georgian hospitality. We are a young independent team building something distinctive, and we are looking for people who want to contribute, develop and take genuine pride in every guest’s experience.
The role:
- Lead the FOH team during service, ensuring smooth, efficient and consistently high standards.
- Brief, support and develop the team, leading by example throughout service.
- Maintain excellent standards of hospitality, service, cleanliness and product knowledge.
- Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure seamless service.
- Take ownership of guest experience, resolving issues confidently and stepping up when senior management is not on the floor.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Head Waiter or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a quality, busy restaurant environment, with confident leadership skills.
- Genuine passion for hospitality, excellent attention to detail and high personal standards.
- Calm, organised and professional under pressure, with strong communication skills.
- Reliable team player with a positive attitude and flexibility to work weekday dinners and weekends.
Pay: £16.50-£18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 48.0 per week
