Job Summary
Responsible for delivering the membership departments’ administrative
processes, for responding to enquiries, and for dealing with insurance
referrals to MDS partners.
Works closely with the Senior Membership Administrator for allocation and
first level sign off of tasks that do not require escalation to HoM.
Key Responsibilities
With the broader Membership team:
1. Delivers the MDS membership department’s administrative processes.
This includes processing membership applications, cancellations,
renewals, setting up and managing payments.
2. Drafts and issues electronic and print membership correspondence in
accordance with agreed procedures.
3. Responds timely to general and membership enquiries via email,
phone, website and other media, promoting MDS services and offers,
escalating to HoM and other teams as appropriate.
4. Responds to requests for medical malpractice and similar types of
insurance by referring (then monitoring and recording) enquiries to
MDS partners, escalating to HoM and other teams as appropriate.
5. Maintains membership records and archives, provides membership
reports when requested, assists with CRM management.
6. Deputise for the Senior Membership Administrator when instructed by
line manager and subject to a detailed handover of tasks and
responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, possesses great common sense, and is able to multi-task efficiently while working both individually and as part of a team.
Requirements:-
Has experience of managing assigned tasks independently or with limited supervision.
Attention to detail
Can prioritise, plan and organise own work.
Commitment to customer care.
Effective communication skills, written and spoken, at all levels.
Good phone manners.
Comfortable in following and implementing policies and procedures.
Experience of using databases and Customer Relation Management software (CRM)
Proficient in the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook, relevant others), and
G-Suite equivalents.
Working experience of Adobe Acrobat
