Overview
Window Cleaner required for Business based in Gateshead.
This is a physically demanding role so will need to be physically fit.
You will be using a waterfed pole and there will be occasional ladder work.
You will need to have good customer service skills as dealing with the general public will be required as our rounds are mainly private residents.
Other duties will also involve uPvc cleaning and gutter cleaning.
It will be your responsibility to keep the van clean and tidy and stocked with the materials needed for the days work.
We work outside in all weathers.
Previous experience preferred but training could be given to the right applicant.
Vehicles are kept on site over night so you will require your own transport to and from work.
Full driving licence with no more than 6 points is an absolute must!

Pay: From £16.00 per hour.
Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles to travel to various client locations
- Clean windows on residential and commercial properties using appropriate tools and techniques
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet health and safety standards
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of equipment and vehicle
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service
- Manage scheduling and appointments efficiently to ensure timely service delivery
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to management
Requirements
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience in window cleaning or similar roles is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable manner
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
