The Company
An opportunity has arisen to work within the Marketing Team of a well-established manufacturing company. Grangers International Ltd, based in Derbyshire and established in 1937, is the owner of market-leading aftercare brands; Grangers, Fabsil and Cherry Blossom.
The Role:
Reporting into the Director of Marketing and Communications, this is the role for someone loyal, passionate and looking to make a difference.
The individual will work closely with all teams across the business, including Marketing, Product, Design, Technical and Sales.

· Occasional weekend work may be required for attendance at consumer shows

· Salary: Negotiable and dependent upon experience.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
· Support with managing our brand partnerships.
- PR support, including sending out samples, seeding and looking for ways to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
· Attend consumer events, professionally and passionately representing the three brands, as required
- Coordinate consumer and internal event preparation, ensuring seamless execution.
- Support with the management and expansion of our brand ambassadors and athletes.
· Support with the execution and analysis of B2C campaigns and marketing collateral to drive brand awareness and education.
· Enhance brand visibility through influencer partnerships, product seeding, media coverage, and event marketing.
· Write, edit and proofread a variety of long and short copy in line with brand style and guidelines, including product labels, press releases, blogs, email marketing, training guides, magazine articles, across various categories.
· Support the Visual Content Creator and Social Media Associate with content creation.
· Support the Trade Marketing Associate with B2B events and creating B2B assets.
· Aid with award submissions.
· Monitor and analyse market, brand and competitor performance/activity and proactively recommend improvements to our activity.
- Work with external agencies on print, PR, marketing and content creation initiatives.
· Work with the E-commerce Manager to drive engagement and brand awareness across our sites.
- Conduct ad-hoc market research, surveys and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and market insight.
- Support the E-commerce team with the production of digital content including copywriting and optimising new and existing content to create unique, engaging and informative product descriptions.
- Support the planning and delivery of campaigns and marketing activations across various platforms.
- Proactively research and present ideas for content and campaigns in monthly Marketing meetings
· Work closely with the Director of Marketing to assist with all daily marketing activities, helping to ensure all deadlines are met or are ahead of schedule.
- Occasional travel required for meetings, events, and brand activations (UK)
- Work with the Trade Marketing Associate to create and monitor LinkedIn content
- Manage marketing scheduling using Trello and other workspaces.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be confident with words and willing to adapt a writing style in line with brand guidelines and to suit different audiences.
· Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
· Be able to work to tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
· Be a team player.
· Have strong attention to detail.
· Have excellent banter.
· Have at least 3 years’ experience in a relevant role.
Pay: £27,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
