Customer Service Logistics Administrator combines customer support responsibilities with logistics and supply chain administration. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Customer Service Logistics Administrator to join our dynamic supply chain team.
This role is vital in ensuring the seamless coordination of transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer enquiries by phone, email, or Chat.
- Coordinating deliveries with warehouses and transport providers.
- Tracking shipments and providing customers with delivery updates.
- Resolving issues such as delays, damaged goods, or missing orders.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or logistics, minimum 3 years
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications; higher education is beneficial but not always required.
Example Duties During a Typical Day
- Respond to customer emails regarding order status.
- Coordinate with couriers and warehouse teams.
- Investigate delivery issues and arrange solutions.
Pay: £26,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
