We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our small, dedicated maintenance team and help us consistently exceed customer expectations.
Role Overview
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring our properties are safe, well-maintained, and fully compliant. Working closely with a small team of maintenance operatives, you will undertake a wide range of hands-on maintenance tasks while also supporting compliance and health and safety requirements. This role is ideal for a proactive, practical individual with strong handyman skills, a solutions-focused mindset, and a commitment to high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including painting, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, and general property upkeep.
- Respond promptly and effectively to tenant maintenance requests, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Manage and maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies to ensure operational readiness.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance work, repairs, and inspections.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise workloads.
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
