OX184, our popular, well‑established bar and restaurant in Edinburgh’s Old Town, is known for laid‑back drinking and dining and a buzzing atmosphere. We’re now recruiting a dynamic, enthusiastic Deputy General Manager to help lead the team and drive the business forward.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales‑building ability and a commercial mindset
- Strong financial awareness and cost‑control skills
- Well‑presented, articulate, organised, and confident
- A friendly, engaging personality with a passion for food, drink, and great hospitality
- A natural leader who sets the tone and leads by example
- Personal Licence Holder
- First Aid certification
- Minimum 2 years’ bar/restaurant management experience
