We’re Hiring: Momo Dumpling Maker and Production Kitchen Assistant
Location: Bermondsey, London (SE16)
SHIFT: EVERY WEDNESDAY (4PM TO 12AM)
Part-time/Perm/Event-Based Shifts Available
About the Role:
We are looking for someone who can confidently make and wrap dumplings (MOMO) in our production kitchen. The role involves preparing Nepalese dumplings in bulk, freezing them for storage, and helping with general kitchen tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making dumpling dough and wrappers consistently.
- Wrapping and shaping dumplings (momo/dumplings) neatly and consistently.
- Assisting with filling preparation.
- Freezing and storing dumplings properly.
- Helping with basic kitchen duties and cleaning (MUST follow food hygiene standards and procedures).
Requirements:
- MUST KNOW how to knead dough, make and wrap dumplings/momo.
- EXCELLENT hand speed and attention to detail.
- Able to work in a kitchen environment as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Responsible, Respectful, Team player, Punctual, and Highly Reliable.
- MUST be AVAILABLE to work EVERY WEDNESDAY (4pm to 12am). Please do not apply if you cannot do this shift.
Pay: Competitive / negotiable depending on experience
