Key Responsibilities
Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene across designated areas in line with our standards.
Support the smooth running of service, including ordering and stock control, while helping to minimise waste.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, always going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
Anticipate guest needs wherever possible to enhance their experience.
Ensure all Health, Safety, and Fire Safety standards are consistently upheld.
