In the event of a high volume of applications, there will be a pre-sift on the following essential criteria's;

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. (A, I)

A deep understanding of social media video trends and platform-specific content requirements, with the ability to translate trends into actionable content strategies for government communications. (A, I)

Experience shooting, editing, and producing multi-format video content for a brand, institution, or government department. (A, I)
If you are successful following the sift stage, you will be invited to an initial interview, to be held onsite at 1 Horse Guards Road, this will include the following assessment:

Behaviours / Experience - a formal panel interview where you will be interviewed across all three behaviours highlighted in Appendix 1.

Behaviour - Communicating and Influencing

Behaviour - Delivering at Pace (lead behaviour in the event of tied scoring)

Technical - you will be assessed across your technical expertise and acumen, in relation to the essential criteria
- Exercise - you will be required to complete a work simulation exercise to demonstrate your ability to use Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva in a role-relevant context.
