What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Support Worker, no two days are the same. You will help residents maintain their daily routines while opening doors to new experiences.
- Support Independence: Assist residents in a person-centred way, encouraging personal growth and daily life skills.
- Community Outings: Accompany residents on local trips, events, and outdoor activities using our company vehicles.
- Maintain Structure: Help create a warm, safe, organized, and fun home environment.
- Teamwork: Work alongside a friendly, dedicated team with a shared, compassionate mission.
What We Are Looking For:
- A proactive, energetic attitude and a genuine sense of empathy.
- Flexibility to work a 40-hour weekly rota, including alternate weekends and evening shifts.
- A full, clean driving licence is highly preferred (so you can drive our company vehicles on resident outings).
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
