Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Operative to join our team in Lisburn. This role involves supporting various operational tasks within our facility, ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Previous experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and products
- Operating basic machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work areas
- Supporting inventory management through stock organisation
- Performing routine quality checks on products or materials
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborating with team members to meet production targets efficiently
Requirements
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks
- Basic physical fitness; ability to lift moderate loads and stand for extended periods
- Prior experience in a similar role is desirable but not mandatory
