The role
This is a part time role (3 days/21hrs per week) for a minimum of 3 months, and as the Data Cleansing Support Officer you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency and integrity of data within the organisation’s CRM and associated systems.
The role will focus on identifying, analysing and correcting data quality issues, supporting CRM optimisation, and working closely with internal stakeholders and external IT partners to improve data standards across Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related databases.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Perform data cleansing, validation, deduplication and enrichment activities across CRM and related systems
- Use SQL queries to extract, analyse and correct data issues in databases
- Support ongoing maintenance and improvement of data quality within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Identify data inconsistencies, gaps and errors and implement corrective actions
- Work with CRM & Data Product Owner to define and apply data quality rules and standards
- Assist in data migration, integration and transformation projects where required
- Develop and maintain SQL scripts and procedures for recurring data quality checks
- Support reporting accuracy by ensuring clean and reliable datasets
- Liaise with external IT support partners to resolve technical data-related issues
- Maintain documentation of data cleansing processes, rules and workflows
- Support CRM & Data Product Owner to administer the database and ensure the teams and business processes obtain maximum value to deliver objectives
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong analysis, trouble shooting, problem solving skills
- Good organisational and time-management skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Ability to liaise with and build positive relationships with stakeholders through interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of equipment provision and the ability to manage the end to end provision process from purchase to delivery.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred);
- Supplier management and/or relationship management;
