Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production/Manufacturing Operative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess good attention to detail and ability use their iniative to complete tasks set by the team leader. As a Production / Manufacturing Operative you will play a crucial role in producing baked goods in our bakery. Experience of fast paced food production is a must.
Responsibilities
- Following full training you will help prepare and make product ready for baking
- Assemble products according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Utilise machinery & tools safely and effectively during the production process.
- Working on a line as part of a team to make up gift hampers and boxes
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain workflow.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the production floor.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Experience
- Previous warehouse experience will be an advantage, particularly in a manufacturing context.
- A background in assembly work is preferred, showcasing your ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure are key attributes for success in this role.
