Package: Up to £70,000 + Bonuses
Two 2x Bedded EBD Homes | Full Staff Team in Place
I am hiring on behalf of a established provider with 2 children's homes all ready up and running who are currently supporting 3 young people. The young people are settled and have been at the home for a considerable amount of time.
About the Homes:
- Two 2x bedded EBD children’s home
- Currently supporting 3 young people across the two homes
- 1:1 staffing ratio
- Fully staffed with an experienced and dedicated team

✅ What We’re Looking For:
- ✔ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar residential childcare role
- ✔ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- ✔ Demonstrable success in managing and motivating teams
- ✔ Excellent knowledge of childcare legislation and safeguarding practices
- ✔ Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills
- ✔ A passion for making a real difference in the lives of young people
- ✔ A commitment to creating an environment where children are heard, supported, and empowered

Experience:
- Residential Childcare: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- QCF level 3/4 in Residential Childcare (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
