We are seeking a skilled Fitters mate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in equipment repair and maintenance. As a Fitters mate you will be responsible for measuring and cutting ductwork/supports and assisting the lead Fitter. Teamwork qualities are highly valued along with health and safety awareness.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and work from schematics to assemble and install equipment accurately.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on various mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Build and assemble components according to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity.
Experience
- MUST hold a valid CSCS card
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety practices.
