We are looking to recruit a Delivery Performance Manager.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and performance manage the learning delivery team of trainers
- Manage the team against KPIs, ensuring learners complete on time, learner experience measures through data
- Use data daily to drive improvement and performance
- Embed best practice processes, coach, develop and upskill team through CPD and capacity building
- Drive performance to achieve best in class learner experience
- Develop effective ways of working to maximise resources
- Monthly management reporting demonstrating success and areas for improvement
- For areas of the Quality Improvement plan and working alongside the Quality team
- Manage external stakeholder relationships with customers and resolve service issues when needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to adopt internal systems, including Learner management systems for example BUD systems
- An ambassador for Kingdom Academy & group
- Stay resilient and agile through change
What we need from you - skill base requirements:
Experience
- Proven experience in the delivery and management of apprenticeship and commercial qualifications programmes
- Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing performance metrics that meet the needs of the governing agencies and awarding bodies
- Experience in managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to provide the best in class service
- Experience of working in a fast paced, growth environment, being a ambassador of change.
- Knowledge of the requirements of an Ofsted Inspection
