Join Our Growing Team
C&L Property Management is looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Operative to join our expanding team. You’ll carry out maintenance and repair work across our managed residential properties, helping us provide a high standard of service to landlords and tenants.
Responsibilities
- General property maintenance
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Joinery and repairs
- Tiling and patch repairs
- Replacing locks, handles and fittings
- Garden and external maintenance (when required)
- Property inspections
- Responding to emergency call-outs
- Preparing properties for new tenants
Requirements
- Previous maintenance or property experience preferred
- Good all-round DIY skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Own tools (preferred)
- Reliable, professional and punctual
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service skills
