Fetch! We are a growing e-commerce Home & Pet distributor with six sites across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Warehouse Shift Manager to join our team at our Head Office Distribution Centre in Birstall.

The Role
As our Warehouse Shift Manager, you will support the Warehouse Manager in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently met throughout your shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and support a team of warehouse operatives throughout your shift.
- Ensure picking, packing, goods in and goods out operations run efficiently and meet daily targets.
- Monitor productivity and maintain high standards of accuracy and customer service.
- Promote and enforce Health & Safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all colleagues.
- Train, coach and develop new and existing team members.
- Assist with stock control and inventory accuracy.
- Report operational issues and support continuous process improvements.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Lead by example, maintaining a positive attitude and high standards across the warehouse.
About You
We're looking for an organised, proactive leader who enjoys motivating others and thrives in a busy warehouse environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Shift Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, Shift Leader or similar leadership role.
- Experience working within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- The ability to motivate a team and lead by example.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on approach with a willingness to support the team wherever needed.
- Basic IT skills and confidence using warehouse systems or Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required to support business needs.
