Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Support clients in following their individual care plans to ensure their specific needs are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide updates on client status.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by adhering to health and safety regulations as a Care Assistant.
