Job Summary
Thricecube Ltd is seeking a reliable and skilled Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our growing team. We deliver a wide range of residential and commercial property improvement services, including painting and decorating, interior refurbishment, property repairs, maintenance, and general construction works.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects, helping transform and maintain properties to the highest standards while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out painting, decorating, refurbishment, and property improvement works.
- Complete general repairs and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, cleaning, and priming.
- Install, repair, and maintain fixtures, fittings, and internal finishes.
- Assist with renovation projects, including flooring, basic carpentry, plaster repairs, and decorating works.
- Identify and resolve maintenance issues quickly and effectively.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Communicate professionally with clients, tenants, suppliers, and team members.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures and site regulations.
- Support other construction and property maintenance activities as required.
