We are looking for a smart, reliable and hands-on Tanning Shop Manager who can take responsibility for the day-to-day running of our Halifax salon.
You will be expected to work in the shop as part of the team while also managing staff, preparing rotas, training new employees and making sure the salon is always clean, organised and running smoothly.
The right person should be practical and technically minded. You don’t need to be a sunbed engineer, but you should be confident learning how the equipment works and carrying out basic tasks such as opening sunbeds for cleaning, checking simple issues and understanding when something needs further attention.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can think for themselves, solve problems, use common sense and take responsibility without needing to be constantly supervised.
Previous management or supervisory experience is preferred, but attitude, intelligence and reliability are equally important.
Pay: £14.00 per hour
