Duties
- Process Export Customs Entries: Prepare, audit, and submit accurate export customs declarations through relevant government portals
- Verify Shipping Documentation: Ensure precise assignment of Commodity Codes, Customs Procedure Codes (CPCs), and valuation methods.
- Manage Proof of Export: Collect, verify, and systematically archive compliance records
- Generate Management Reports: Compile, analyse, and distribute regular reports on sales data and logistical performance KPIs for executive review.
- Maintain Data Integrity: Input, track, and update shipment statuses across corporate systems, ensuring 100% data accuracy.
- Enable Sales Operations: Partner closely with sales management to provide real-time freight tracking, accurate transit lead times, and landed-cost calculations.
- General Admin tasks

- A good understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and freight operations

- Experience with mircosoft office
