We are seeking enthusiastic and professional FOH (Front of House) and Bar Staff to join our brand new venue. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a lively environment and ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality industry, working in a dynamic setting that values teamwork, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks promptly
- Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines
- Operate a busy bar confidently, gain knowledge and progress your skills
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments and giving correct change
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Assist with setting up tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Engage with guests professionally to enhance their overall experience
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly and approachable manner
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Proven ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and colleagues
- Flexibility to adapt to varying shift patterns, including evenings and weekends if required
