Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Wheelie Bin Cleaning Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness for domestic and commercial wheeled bins, ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves operating cleaning equipment, driving between locations, and providing excellent customer service. The position offers an opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic environment, contributing to community cleanliness and environmental health. Responsibilities
- Operate specialised cleaning equipment to thoroughly clean wheelie bins and waste containers.
- Drive company vehicle to various customer locations, adhering to all road safety regulations.
- Ensure all bins are cleaned to the company's high standards, paying attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with customers with a happy and polite demeanor
- Maintain accurate records of completed jobs
- Report any issues or damages with vehicle and equipment observed during cleaning.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Act as a company ambassador at all times
Qualifications
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and report back to the team.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
