Project Blinds is a specialist supplier and installer of premium blinds, shutters, curtains and soft furnishings, serving residential and commercial clients across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire and parts of London.

A strong flow of leads generated through ad, social media and our established customer base. You won't be cold calling or canvassing for business — you'll be meeting customers who have already expressed an interest in our products and services.
The Role
We're looking for a confident, customer focused Design and Sales Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis.
You'll attend pre-booked appointments in customers' homes and businesses, helping them choose the right products for their space, carrying out surveys and measurements, and preparing quotations that convert into sales.
This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and is comfortable working independently.
What You'll Be Doing
- Attending pre-qualified appointments at homes and businesses
- Advising customers on blinds, shutters, curtains and soft furnishing solutions
- Demonstrating product options, fabrics, colours and finishes
- Conducting accurate site surveys and measurements
- Preparing and following up quotations
- Identifying natural upselling and cross selling opportunities
- Building long term customer relationships and generating repeat business
- Representing the company professionally on every visit
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a customer facing sales role
- Background in home improvements, interiors, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, furniture, windows and doors, blinds and shutters, or a similar consultative sales environment would be advantageous
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Good attention to detail and confidence carrying out measurements
- Self motivated and organised
- Full UK driving licence
