Duties
- Engage with customers via phone, email, in person, with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Utilize Sage & Bigin Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to log interactions, track issues, and follow up on customer requests efficiently
- Sales order entry and shipping
- Collaborate with team members to help answer and help our customers promptly and effectively
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions
- Provide support for members of our "on the road" sales team
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly and confidently
- Experience working with Sage and Bigin or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable
- A background in a customer service role is important
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward resolving customer issues efficiently
- A positive attitude, resilience, and enthusiasm for helping others succeed
