About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic French-speaking apprentice who wants to build real-world experience in digital marketing, social media and content creation. Based in our UK office, you’ll work on both UK and French-facing projects, including digital marketing, football events and community activities. You’ll be involved in genuine projects from day one, not just watching from the sidelines.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating and scheduling engaging content across social media, websites and email campaigns.
- Supporting digital marketing activity for both UK and French-speaking audiences.
- Managing and developing content around football events, tournaments and community activities in France.
- Creating reels, short-form videos, graphics, photography and other social-first content.
- Helping plan and deliver digital campaigns from idea through to publishing.
- Supporting website content updates, blogs, basic SEO and online visibility.
- Researching French and UK market trends, competitors, audiences and relevant content opportunities.
- Helping grow social media engagement, reach and brand awareness across relevant platforms.
- Supporting email marketing, newsletters and other digital communications.
- Assisting with event promotion before, during and after football events in France.
- Capturing and repurposing event and community content for social media and digital channels.
- Monitoring basic social media and campaign performance and suggesting practical improvements.
- Acting as a community manager by coordinating matches, communicating with teams and helping resolve and clear disputes in a fair and professional manner.
- Supporting other marketing, community and creative projects as the business and football activities grow.
About You
- French-speaking, with strong written and spoken French.
- Naturally creative and comfortable using social media.
- Interested in marketing, content, football or digital media.
- Proactive, reliable and keen to learn.
- Canva, CapCut, Instagram or TikTok experience is a plus.
