As our Boutique Supervisor, you will work closely with each member of your team to ensure the day to day running of the boutique is professional and efficient. You will also work closely with Head office staff to ensure continued growth of the boutique.
Ultimately the success and growth of the boutique is reliant on the contributing skills, attributes and experience of the Boutique Supervisor.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide an exceptional client experience
- Train, Manage and Motivate new boutique staff
- Oversee the day to day operations
- Participation in boutique marketing
- Knowledge of hair extensions preferable
- Happy to wear the Beyond Hair product range
- Familiarity with EPOS/Till systems
- Inventory management
- Provide coverage for any staff absence/leave
- Verifiable references
