About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Fine Dining Waiter / Waitress to join the front-of-house team of a prestigious restaurant in the Cotswolds.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and thrives within a high-end dining environment. You will be responsible for providing attentive, knowledgeable, and personalised service, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
Working alongside a talented team, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and professionalism throughout each service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding fine dining service to guests throughout their visit.
- Confidently explain menus, ingredients, daily specials, and drinks offerings.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage pairings.
- Ensure tables are maintained to the highest standards at all times.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide a personalised level of service.
- Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest requests and feedback in a professional manner.
- Support colleagues to create a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
About You
- Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress within a fine dining, luxury hotel, or rosette/Michelin-standard environment.
- Passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service.
- Strong food and beverage knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and presentation.
- Ability to remain calm and organised during busy services.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
