The Role
You'll be part of a close-knit front-of-house team in an intimate 40-cover brasserie, covering both bar and floor service. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same and the standard of guest experience is consistently high.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone with proven experience in both bar and table service. You will be comfortable behind the bar and on the floor from day one. Beyond experience, the right person will genuinely embody the spirit of Fleurie:

Pay: £12.71-£18.50 per hour
