The Role
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Facialist & Skincare Specialist to join our flagship team. You will deliver expert treatments and personalised consultations across our full range of curated brands, guiding each client toward visible, lasting results within a calm, elegant, and impeccably maintained environment. This is a dual role that blends hands-on treatment expertise with a genuine retail element, so you'll be just as comfortable advising a client on the right routine to take home as you are delivering an exceptional facial. We're looking for someone who treats skincare as a craft, who understands the standards of a luxury setting, and who takes real pride in both the client experience and the results they drive.
What You'll Do
- Perform professional facial treatments and tailored skin consultations across our curated portfolio of brands, including Biologique Recherche, to an exacting luxury standard.
- Assess each client's skin and recommend the right products, routines, and protocols from across our range to suit their individual needs.
- Drive retail sales through confident, consultative recommendation, helping clients build complete routines and supporting in-store and revenue targets.
- Educate clients on correct product usage and at-home regimens to extend the results of every treatment.
- Deliver warm, attentive, and discreet service that befits a high-end clientele and builds trust, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
- Uphold the pristine presentation of the treatment and retail space, ensuring every detail reflects the refinement of the Embassy of Beauty environment.
- Stay current with skincare developments, techniques, and product knowledge across all the brands we carry.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Facialist or in a comparable professional skincare role (minimum 3 years), ideally within a luxury or high-end setting.
- A minimum of 3 years' retail experience, with a strong track record in consultative selling and meeting targets.
- Confidence working across multiple skincare brands and formulations, with the ability to tailor advice to each client.
- A polished, professional presence and an instinct for the discretion and warmth that luxury clients expect.
- Strong, genuine customer-care instincts and excellent communication.
- Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus. Biologique Recherche training is an advantage.
Pay: From £33,000.00 per year
