As a Support Worker, you will:
- Support people with a range of complex needs in their own home
- Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
- Support with meal planning and preparation
- Administer and record medication
- Help individuals manage their money and budgets
- Carry out household tasks such as laundry, cleaning and maintaining a safe environment
- Encourage and support participation in activities at home and within the local community
- Promote independence, choice and wellbeing
- Complete daily records and forms using One Touch, our digital support platform
- Carry out daily, weekly and monthly health and safety checks
You'll be joining a highly experienced team who are passionate about delivering excellent support and creating positive outcomes for the people we support.
This is a 28-hour per week position.
Shifts may include:
- Full Day: 8:00am – 10:00pm
- Early Shift: 8:00am – 4:00pm
- Late Shift: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
- Waking Night: 10:00pm – 8:00am
Flexibility is essential as you will be required to work a variety of shift patterns, including weekends and waking nights.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential. If you have the right values and a positive attitude, we'll provide:
